Day 1 | Fly indirect to Amritsar Fly overnight to Amritsar.

(B) Day 14 | Visit the Imambara landmark and transfer to Agra Visit the Bara Imambara, Chota, La Martiniere college and the ruins of the British Residency complex. Drive (6hrs) to Agra for two nights at the 4-star Trident Hotel. (B) Day 15 | Enjoy the Taj Mahal at sunrise and explore Agra Begin with a sunrise start at the iconic Taj Mahal, later visiting the 16th-century Agra Red Fort, the ‘baby Taj’ and the Mehtab Bagh. (B) Day 16 | Visit UNESCO listed Fatehpur Sikri Travel (6.5hrs) to Ranthambore, stopping en route to explore Fatehpur Sikri. This evening, enjoy a ‘Tiger Talk’ by a naturalist. Two nights at the 5-star, Taj Sawai Hotel. (B, D) Day 17 | Explore Ranthambore National Park Explore Ranthambore with morning and afternoon game drives by jeep. (B, L, D) Day 18 | Transfer to Jaipur and visit the Amber Fort Travel (4hrs) to Jaipur; and visit the Amber Fort. Two nights at the Taj Amer. (B) Day 19 | Enjoy an optional balloon ride and explore Jaipur Morning optional balloon ride (bookable locally). Visit the City Palace and the 18th-century Jantar Mantar Observatory and view the Hawa Mahal. Join a Pink Tuk Tuk ride on a city tour. Enjoy a cocktail and dinner at the Rambagh Palace. (B, D) Day 20 | Travel to the Blue City of Jodhpur Travel (7hrs) to Rohet via Jodhpur and explore Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. Overnight at the heritage hotel Rohet Garh. (B, D) Day 21 | Visit Bishnoi village and enjoy a lake view dinner Travel by road (6hrs) to Udaipur. Enjoy dinner at the Amrai Restaurant, with a view of the lake. Two nights at the 4-star Trident Hotel. (B, D) Day 22 | Sail on Lake Pichola Sail on Lake Pichola to the City Palace and to Jagmandir Island. (B) Day 23 | Fly to Mumbai and tour the local landmarks Fly to Mumbai, where a city tour includes the Marine Drive promenade, Gateway of India, Victoria Terminus railway station and the Prince of Wales Museum. Day 2 | Transfer to your hotel, enjoy a Palki ceremony Transfer to the 4-star Hyatt Hotel for a two-night stay. Evening visit to the Golden Temple and experience the Palki religious ceremony. (D) Day 3 | Visit the Golden Temple Visit the iconic Golden Temple and the ‘world’s largest’ community kitchen. Early-evening excursion to the Indo- Pakistan Attari Border village, to see the Changing of the Guard ceremony. (Due to FCO advice we currently can no longer visit the Attari / Wagah Border Ceremony. We are monitoring the situation.) (B) Day 4 | Embark the Toy Train from Kandaghat to Shimla Take the train to Ambala (4hrs). Continue by road to Solan (2.5hrs) to board the narrow-gauge ‘Toy Train’ on its route to Shimla. Two nights at the 5-star Oberoi Cecil hotel. (B, D) Day 5 | Explore Shimla with an afternoon at leisure Stroll along the Mall on a morning tour of Shimla; visit the Viceregal Lodge, Christ Church and Sanath Art Gallery. Afternoon at leisure.
